Kyle of Lochalsh Scotland 2004

Kyle of Lochalsh Scotland 2004

These #photographs are from the journey from Ullapool to Kyle of Lochalsh in Scotland on the 3rd of June 2004.

The Loch photographs may include shots of Lochcarron and we thought the valley was close to Ullapool but we haven't been able to locate it on the Google Earth!

Long time viewers of CADT Photography will recognise the Seagull Image above that we have used as our logo and as a water mark to identify our images when they have appeared in print and/or other publications.

That image was taken at the water front at the Kyle of Lochalsh. It was a lovely evening and we were watching the sunset and having fish and chips at the water and so naturally the Seagulls were attracted.

These camera proofs include a few with imperfections because they contain an image of a Seagull and we publish them in honour of their lives. That lovely Seagull has certainly lived on as our "mascot"!

The Bed and Breakfast we stayed at in Kyle of Lochalsh is operating as Fasgath B&B. It was situated in a very good location and had excellent food and rooms. To contact them then check out the Fasgath page on Facebook here! We also got given some good advice regarding the Eilean Donan Castle and the route to Mallaig via the Bridge to Skye.

The Gallery, Above, contains a selection curated camera proofs for narrative context.
