Aberdeen Scotland 2007

These #photographs are from Aberdeen Scotland in 2007.

Following the Edinburgh Fringe Festival Weekend, James and Wayne Ostler made a quick trip by train to visit Dierdre MacDonald whom James had met in 2004.

Aberdeen is a very picturesque town and a centre of the oil, gas and fishing industries on the east coast of Scotland. If you like architecture and beaches then you will find glorious stone buildings and white sandy beaches in Aberdeen.

For those who are interested in history, Aberdeen's Unique Grey Granite is the same stone that was used in the building of the Sydney Harbour Bridge which arguably looks best when it is glistening when wet.

We would like to thank Dierdre MacDonald for her kind hospitality and her excellent tour guiding. The pictures in this gallery include some of the tourist information and shots taken on the train between Aberdeen and Edinburgh.

The Gallery, Above, contains a selection of the curated camera proofs for narrative context and your viewing pleasure.
