Red Kangaroos NT 1999

These are photographs from the Northern Territory in taken in 1999 on the "first travel with a camera" experience. This was prior to and led to the Graduate Diploma of Communications in Photomedia undertaken in 2002.

This was a safari experience, sleeping on camp beds in the desert and eating food cooked on camp fires. The journey went from Uluru out to King's Canyon with a great bunch of people. From memory, Phyllis was a visitor to Australia and she appeared to be a pretty interesting person.

They were captured using a F50 film camera so these are scans from photographs dug out of the archives. Film photography usually results in 2 or 3 commercially viable photographs per film for professional photographers

Larger size images and signed limited edition prints are also a possible purchase.

Above and Below: We've included images here that have never before been published, simply because the Kangaroo Family, especially the joeys, are beautiful in themselves. It was delightful to watch their interactions with each other and one likes to thing their descendants are hopping around the territory.
