These are #Photographs of the amazing creations from Erling Jensen's "The Cake Whole" in Sydney NSW 2003.
These images are a set of previously unpublished, by us, camera proofs. This was James' first Cake Commission and as a result more images were taken to ensure that the editing process would result in enough good ones!
In the end, the Nikon Coolpix did perform beyond what we would now expect it's capabilities to be!
